What makes you think Chavez and company have the capacity to feel embarrassed for the screw ups they cause............ daily?

I believe Ven has the highest inflation rate in SA. The highest unemployment. The highest crime rate.

People with money and/or education are flying out of that country as fast as they can.

Every company, every sector that Chavez has nationalized is bleeding red ink.

Ven is near the very top of international lists in terms of corruption.

It's near the very top in term of countries where NOT to put your investment dollars.

On the international front the vast majority of world leaders (including the latin world) think Chavez is a dangerous loud mouth joke.

Yet....do you get any sense that Chavez and his cronies are "embarrassed" about all of the above?

The strangled slow motion death of this proposed JV and Las Cristinas in general will be just another pimple of embarrassment on Hugo's pimpled covered ass.

I believe when KRY files for arbitration Hugo won't even notice. He'll just scratch his ass and rule by decree.
