mayo, i could'nt seem to put this on one post but the list i posted from icsid shows 5 cases concluded. the one settlement was in 08', 2 went to award, and 2 discontinued..

it seems like ven and exxon are working something out (quietly) because exxon inexplicibly wrote off $7bil for no reason.....but other than that i dont see where ven has been settling anything.
