Actually based on the quote you have written it could be interpreted both ways either he or KRY considers it a conflict of interest. Thats not all he wrote though. His first post was a lengthy praising of Sinclair and a suggestion that management may wish to contact him. The only reason EZ could think of them not contacting him (in his opinion) was they see his position as a conflict of interest. In that context it reads to me he was talking about KRY possibly seeing it as a conflict of interest. Maybe I interpreted it wrong and maybe you are right. I think you are wrong but I dont think its necessary to refer to your post as "off the wall" or ask you to "open your eyes". If your genuine wish is to not start an argument with him perhaps NOT asking him to "open his eyes" would be a good start.
