Thanks for the insight into Chinese culture I agree 100%, China is giving Hugo money, weapons and tons of business deals. How does China react though to losing face? Unlike America the Chinese government works hand in hand with business but they act quietly not loud and demanding like America does.

My question is how will the Chinese Government working with business react? How much time do they take? Normally they don't announce stuff until all the details are worked out ahead of time.
