The prohibition extends to “constructions, constructions, establishments, enclosures, welfare educative institutions and doctor of any level, communication channels, places public and any types of buildings”.

Well I guess a portrait of Mr C on the Cristallex incloseure is out. Maybe we can still paint the Chinese chairmans portrait. :)
