Last I saw, Valgold was doing the absolute minimum in Venezuela to keep their interest alive.

In an April 2010 update it was pretty clear that they were concentrating on other properties and waiting for the government to get its act together in Venezuela, having spent only $15 million on the property to that time.

IMO they are waiting for things to break loose, like KRY and GRZ issues, to sell the property at a better price. Surprising they have a company pump piece based on the property that they have done the least with.
