item, i think you're referring to the vannessa part of the post...

i did'nt mean vannessa would get awarded LC or screw up our MOC (that's not possible on icsids part)...i meant a decent monetary award to vannessa (or pretty much anyone on the arbitration list) should be enough to get hugo to settle some of these "expropriation debts" and be a little more generous on the fair compensation side of things prior to arbitration or maybe even deter him from expropriating eveything.
