I am not looking forward to arbitration as much as a sensible wayout financing I did not see them? out of this, but if arbitration is the best choice so be it. The statement that it is up to the Venezuelans just about makes the chances of this turning out any other way, well, pretty remote.

Fung has said he is not worried about financing, but these guys have predicted many things that did not happen. Did GW get any answers to his arbitration financing questions?I guess I missed those posts.
