Hugo Chávez, will present at the event to be held next November 26,
2010 in Cancun. CVG projects and enterprises, are designed to measure emissions
of greenhouse gases (GHGs) resulting from production processes and to reduce
their emissions.

If Venezuela wants to reduce their greenhouse emissions, they ought to tell Chavez to shut his piehole.

Parades, Protests & Bullshit...the core components of Venezuela's Gross Domestic Product.
