I'm glad we downsized to a less luxurious head office in Toronto. $10K per month gets you an office space of about 3,000+ square feet. Other than Andrea and the occasional presence of Bob and Richard, is there anybody else working there? Seems a bit extravagant for a company with no revenue and a MOC that burns through millions of dollars while we wait. Why not have Andrea work from home as Richard does, and rent a space on the rare occasion a business meeting occurs. The optics are terrible, considering Bob's conflict of interest. JMHO...
