Toronto office space...
BTW, small point in the grand theme of things, but it irks me, while our finances are in dire straits, that our expenditures haven't been trimmed accordingly. (Our office lease went up $20K this year, from $100K to $120K.) Maybe that office on King Street is a bit too extravagant for a company with such an uncertain future. I see much smaller office spaces available from Slate Properties (Canadian private equity real estate and asset management company). In fact, there is a 517 square foot office available in December, 10 floors below below our current one, at 8 Kings Street. Moving down, as has our share price, seems apropos. Posh building for our means. (See gallery)
