The Company has not received a response from the Minister of Environment and Natural Resources ("MinAmb") to its June 16, 2008 appeal of the Director General of the Administrative Office of Permits at MinAmb denying its request for the Authorization to Affect Natural resources (the "Permit") for the Las Cristinas Project.

To me this is infuriating.

They deny the permit without any real justification.

We appeal.

They basically ignore us while we lose value and run out of $ FOR 2.5 YEARS!!!

We do nothing.

Sorry, nothing besides have "discussions" with unnamed and unknown "officials" that apparently don't lead anywhere.

Then, out of desperation, we latch on to China.

And, still, nothing happens besides VZ continuing to abuse us.

Yet, we seem perfectly satisfied with this for 2.5 years!

Logic, and I use that term loosly, tells me we can't just fade away and we will reach atleast $1. But, holy crap, this company is really starting to get on my nerves.

HOW CAN YOU NOT RESORT TO SOME TYPE OF LEGAL ACTION WHEN THEY WILL NOT EVEN RESPOND TO YOUR APPEAL?
