The Company is in continuing discussions with China Railway Resources Group Co. Ltd. to create a strategic partnership for the development of Las Cristinas ("Las Cristinas Joint Venture"). The closing of the proposed transaction is subject to the execution of definitive agreements, receipt of applicable regulatory, shareholder and government approvals (including Venezuelan governmental approvals), and satisfaction or waiver of all conditions contained in the definitive agreements.

Well, there you have it. Fung gave away 2/3rds of KRY to a big tiger partner who has been unable to get Ven do anything except continue to "talk". That's something that KRY could have done without giving up 2/3rds of the company.

KRY is continuing discussions with CRRC. So I guess the paperwork is still not completed between KRY and the Chinese

KRY is continuing discussions with Ven and we know how well that's gone for the last 13 or more years.

I suggest KRY turn out the lights and sit on whatever cash it has because 2011 is approaching fast and, with it, arbitration.
