Hey Midas,

Not to be demeaning or sound like a jerk but what is an acceptable explanation that the company can give? They really can't say Venezuela sits on their thumbs all day and moves as slow as molasses. I think they are really stuck with giving an explination and have said if this does not work out they will move on to arbitration. I agree that it sucks and that 2 misses and over 100 days is unacceptable but what can they do? I would love any insight because I would love to know any options if they don't announce any news later today or Monday.
