Ifedec performs Forum on development of Guiana written by cross Cedeño photo model: Miguel Frontado Friday, 12 November 2010 Puerto Ordaz-authorities political, business, academic and governmental of Ciudad Guayana gathered at the Forum on "The model of development of Guyana" organized by the Andrés Bello Catholic University and the Centre International in formation Aristides Calvani, Ifedec, aiming to create solutions to the problems facing the Guyanese.

Training in this sense, Francisco Castro, Member of the Guiana Ifedec chapter conferences noted that activity marks the beginning of a series of workshops aimed to raise the quality of life of the Guyanese, for the meeting of ideas between the heterogeneity of each of the rapporteurs to achieve points enabling inclusive conclusions.
"Model of development of Guyana is a subject of great importance and determinant, what we want with this activity the construction of a permanent to capture ideas in public policy from all sectors, to make them Forum converge on a better Guyana on despartidizadas conclusions which we will be presenting each of the national, regional or local government institutions can leverage it", he assured.

In this regard Fernández revealed the Ifedec found work in five areas of action, the first one aimed at the strengthening of the institutional architecture of the country, to promote a better democracy as well as the impetus to the economy to develop a production of wealth and economic activities which benefit all Venezuelans equally on the generation of new stable and well paid jobs.
"We want from the Ifedec promote equal opportunities for all Venezuelans to foster a cultural change to remove the State paternalism and raise the ethical values of Venezuelans", he pointed out.
Political George Roy, former director and Vice President of industrial metal State of Bolívar, revealed that the Guiana development model requires the commitment of each of the institutions of Government that it makes life, not seen since the Fourth Republic element, although the Government, the Mayor's Office and the Mibam respond to the same political lines.
"I think that the economic crisis facing our region, and particularly in our core businesses, requires the injection of public or private resources for the reduction of liabilities and technological adaptation, as well as the bulging payroll reduction", he asserted.
Roy took the opportunity to criticize the nationalization of enterprises in the country, since in his view does not solve the problem background, which is none other than the increase of productivity, more even though most of these are reduced their production before the invation, among other factors by mismanagement which are subjected.
