AD,

You pretty much nailed it! The day in and the day out can be disturbing. Chinese water torture that never ends. I like it when I am not paying attention and news comes out as a surprise like the China deal back in June. Many could have sold in the pre market for over a buck and been done with this. I believe 2 million shares went off in that premarket.
