CJR,

I think the stock today and all this week reflects the uncertainties surrounding our "blackout" of news. If indeed an arbitration event does come up at the meeting I think the stock reflects the news good or bad.

The shares are saying the same. MM'rs are controlling the whole game here..Tick by tick!
