I would think that by now, that even the Chinese would be getting somewhat PO'd about this long delay.

They have done so much for Chavez and his country. I doubt whether they will be amused if Chavez makes them wait and wait, and then doesn't come through...........no, I don't think the most powerful man in the world, (according to Forbes Magazine) will be at all pleased.
