Before we start jumping for joy we have to remember that China and VZ have already agreed to many mining deals not involving LC or LB or gold in general. It wouldn't take 8-10 to deliver the permit.

I believe LC and our JV deal will be on the table and hopefully we will get the answers we want. I think the money Khan has said will be paid to the miners will be available after he signs or delivers the good to China. China will then open the bank account to give VZ access to some of the funds.
