Form 6K from May of 2010 Shows the Average exercize price of the BOD's options is $1.94 so unfortunetly for us good performance from the BOD is probably not as importiant as their gauranteed continued good salaries- Unless you expect this stock to go to 5 Dollars on the permit / Chinese deal announcement.
Most of the BOD warrants and options priced between 2-3 Dollars disapear in 2011 and 2012, Their 1.75 options vaporize in less than a week (Nov 13th).
And they all have the last bunch @ .24, good until 2019 that are in the money now and if they have not been exercised yet, I would have to wonder........ why not?
I am thinking that these guys are still trying to close the deal but their options are priced too high relative to the new timeline and SP expectations made under realistic (1/3 of what we were) valuations for an asset located in Venezuela.
I wonder if Management options expry losses due to misinformation and stalling can be included if Arbitration is filed?
I agree with CJR that Chavez would like to stall until the move to a new monetary system and then totally disregard the ISICD. I just don't know if it is going to happen quick enough for him to get out of paying. I think we are worth more in an arbitration judgement, but will we ever get paid?
Best case sceneario is a complete change of Government but I do not see the socialist model dissapearing even if everyone was replaced. Chavez is such the idiot, he needs to take a lesson from the Chinese on how to play the Dollar and the US while moving into the new currency scheme. Using the Cuban model is laughable. Hopefully someone will decide that they need this gold and us right now, but at this point I am so sick of the Venezuelans I would welcome the Arbitration in a heartbeat.
