Yup...a lot of BS out there to be sure...an encouraging sign. Regardless of where the physical bodies of the various players are located in this drama....we live in an age of fax, E-mail and overnight delivery. Aside from the political grandstanding, which can take place after the fact, I see no need for Chavez & Jintao to be in the same room for the final approval to take place.
