Forgive me if this was posted. But I read today that twitter is Hugo's latest toy. And that he sometimes talks about China and Russia on there.

I don't tweet -- I don't know much about it.

Anyone looked at this? I went to the site and as expected it's all in Spanish. Not that I would expect to find some type of smoking gun here, but just curious if anyone has read his rants on there...
