If Hugo is indeed going to China I think it's because he was called and told to come. I really think it now has come down to all the false rumors and stalling around. I doubt if the Chinese see any humor in the BS going on in VZ. Kind of like a call to the "principle's office". If he goes to China I think that news would be great.
