i wish i could interpret it...i thought they were referring to the NA committee that met years ago on the LC situation

That is the only other possibility. Assuming the "recommendations" were, in fact, made at yesterday's previously scheduled AN "Bolivar State Gold Mining" meeting, we can expect a PR from management before next Thursday.
