where's this one from?
El Mundo.
How do you interpret the following...did an AN committee meet yesterday (as scheduled regarding the gold miners) to review the KRY contract and opine on same? Did the committee declare the recent nonsense set forth regarding the "1757 Decree" null and void and recommend that Mibnamb issue the permit forthwith? Bear in mind....this article is from El Mundo which is also the source of a lot of the "1757 Decree" nonsense articles.....so El Mundo has essentially clarified the previous articles with respect to the disposition of Decree 1757.
November 3, 2010, 2:02 a.m. | 'Today Laura is president of Venrus Paredes, a joint venture Venezuela and Russia Ricardo Gutierrez evaluated by their peers the contract signed between the CVG and Crystallex $ 350 million invested in the first phase of Crystallex Carmen Carrillo plan'....
....'and the conclusions are the committee urges the authorities of the Ministry of Environment to grant the respective licenses allowing the start of mining development. That's been eight years. None of the officers involved and herein referred to the 1757 decree, which allows us to infer that they knew or could it be that no impact? Today, Laura Walls, is president of Venrus, a joint venture in which they are associated with Venezuela and Russia.'
