Re-reading it, it is pretty obvious that you are correct....this whole article is re-hashing what happened in the past. For a minute there I was caught up in EZ's "irrational exuberance". It felt really good being totally out of touch with reality....if only for a short while. Now I know why EZ is always so happy.
