The word deadline or time line when talking about Kry never seems to work. I've thought many times we would have this deal completed just like I've anticipated the permit many times in the past.

Since the June 7th announcement about a JV with China a whole new game has begun. We are past our first time line with the second fast approaching to close the deal in the 4th quarter.

2 things are for sure when wondering where we're headed. We will have an update of some sort by the middle of November when the 3rd quarter report is due. That is less than 2 weeks away.

The other thing for sure is that the deadline for filing for arbitration is less 5 months away. Hugo can jerk us around all he wants but remember KRY management aren't dummies. They know exactly when the deadline to file is and are prepared to do so. I'm not worried about the money needed to get us through arbitration or the note holders. Fung will make a deal with whom ever to proceed should that become necessary.

I'm like the rest of you here, sick of waiting! I've been invested for more years than I want to admit but either way the end is near. Good or bad I will see this through to the end because I have faith in RF to get the most value possible for us shareholders.

I also feel very sorry for the people of Venezuela. They are stuck with a power hungry, greedy leader whose only concern is himself. He plays to these people emotions using rhetoric about capitalism being evil all the while using Venezuela as his personal bank account and stealing the country blind. It will take many years for VZ to recover from the damage Chavez has done. I personally will never invest in VZ again.
