I really don't care what Fung's "style" is....if we don't have this deal done before the next quarterly report I expect some answers....like EXACTLY how KRY plans to finance itself going forward should negotiations drag on thru next summer.....and at what point (i.e. date) they opt to play the arbitration card.

Having faith in management is fine until it becomes naive stupidity.

Personally, I think the deal gets done before November 11th.
