if it's something that can affect us positively it's "an agreement to agree that has passed the deadline"?

not to put to fine a point on this thing but i still think that china/ven/russia have a pretty good understanding of what's going on here...i would think if they were interested in settling with kry they would have done so...this thing needs to settle fast imo..

otherwise here's a proposal we may have to consider! we negotiate with the bondholders to wait out arbitration with the shareholders.....sell the equipment, fire everybody, turn out the lights, get into bed with some good lawyers and sue everybody from VEN to hugo chavez to rusoro to RC, RF, and anybody else we can think of...
