samspade-- Please go back to square one and read the part about Vz. holding 100% of the mine. It is and will be that way. We/China will only have a MOC. That way Hugo can say it is for the people of Vz. that he has done all of this.

Vz. would have NO need to put up any cash etc. They have no union problems or ANY problems other than spending their 48 or 49% take.(and they still own 100% of the mine!!)

One more point-- With Russia as a partner Vz. will take TWO MORE YEARS to get the mine open and running. Why would they want that ??? OF
