that's kinda what i'm saying...china HAS to be involved in this because they actually have money..IF china is involved, would'nt kry also have to be involved??

if china is a partner in the development of LC (after more than a year of working on a JV deal with kry) and kry gets the shaft would'nt that make china liable as well as venezuela??? they're all icsid members (even the russians)....i really dont see how a JV between ven/rus/china could happen without dealing with kry...it's just not worth the aggrevation...
