Yeah, I guess Khan DOES look a bit Asian but I know of no other instance where the press drops a nickname in front of a Ven official based on their ethnicity or the way they look.
If that was true with all the ministers then I would think the press would put the word, "Golllum" in front of the name of Minister Ortega who rejected the permit.
