Reading the transcript, on page 47 it is very clear. Hugo briefly mentions LC and says, the gold at LC "is worth 100 billion dollars according to the Chinese, and of course I believe the
Chinese."

The quote is Hugo's words, translated of course.

Just before that statement, Hugo seemed a bit confused in asking about the miner but says that they will exploit LC.
