If the ball is clearly in VZ court like most of us believe, can anyone come up with a good reason for VZ to tell CRRC/CREC they have decided they are not a suitable partner to mine LC.

Absolutely not! And with that in mind...we can be absolutely certain that Venezuela has been put on notice by KRY\CREC that we need an answer before our next quarterly report to meet the revised 4th quarter deadline. Judging from the "real" information we have available (i.e. from Fung)....all we need is for Venezuela to say "yes". If Hugo can't fart out this simple one syllable word within the next few weeks then you have to ask yourself two questions:

1. "Why?".

2. "Why should we put up with this sh!t any longer?".
