What exactly has been said to KRY officials to make them optimistic or atleast optimistic enough that we are not pursuing arbitration.

If there was no chance VZ would issue a permit, then you would assume we would be in arbitration.

Yet, here we sit, same old story...waiting on Hugo, who, incredibly, is in no rush to get tons of gold out of the ground...
