I do not think waiting until April of next year to file arbitration is wise, I would be looking to secure financial backing now and drawing a line in the sand. I do not want to wait for the "We tried everything we could...... but Venezuela would not budge" sob story later.

If we have no news in the next few weeks then Fung had better announce his "Arbitration Plan B" (including financing details) in the next quarterly report. Anything less is unacceptable and will be a loud SELL signal.
