AncientDragon....thank you for your post.

Based upon RM's comments it seems we are pretty much back to where we were years ago when we were waiting for the promised (and paid for) permit that was ultimately rejected.

Except this time we hopefully have a more powerful partner in our corner.

But the fact remains it's up to Chavez, as it always has been in the past.

Based upon Richard's wording I'm glad I bought that 2011 calendar last week.
