hugo has to sell it to his people but he has some pretty big opposition to the growing amount of arbitration values and nationalizations. he has been leaning more toward discounted buyouts. the fact is that the cash is all coming from china...china seems to care more about iron and oil more than gold..

i can see where hugo gets off the hook by:

-have china pay off kry/grz

-repay china with bauxite, etc.

-let the russians conduct monkey business with gold in exchange for weapons and a nuclear reactor (that will never get built imo).

c'mon buyout...
