Discussing Crystallex getting the permit, approximately 14 minutes into the VH broadcast:

Roy said that the permit, "is going to be issued, . . . I can confirm as of this broadcast that the permit will be issued in the next few days, at a maximum I would imagine that it would be before the end of next week."

While I don't find them valuable, if there is really any significant interest, I have all four pertinent VH broadcasts in mp3 that I downloaded from RC's site at the time that I can upload somewhere accessible. They all tell the same story -- Roy is an idiot that pretends to know things.
