Makes you wonder just how he got elected. Playing one against the other with anothers funds is a kids game. There is another name for it.

He doesen't even trust his own people to build pre-fabs. And begin what looks to be a much needed Venezualan Industry. How in the world is he ever going to put a mine into production.

Good point EZ and as we would say this is "A SYMPTON OF HIS REALITY".
