El Mundo unofficially says talks are in progress to settle before arb with GRZ but GRZ SP does not reflect that today, or does it? Is the perceived settlement going to be for less than the amt which could be awarded after arbitration?

I have never seen an article from El Mundo so I am wondering if anyone is picking up the story other than you, and the unofficial nature of the discloseure was only disclosed to this one reporter.

Even though, I tend to belive something is in the works regaurding a settlement at GRZ as D.B. said talks with Venezuela were improving 3-4 weeks ago.
