I believe more than one poster here predicted a further drop in share price before the "material change" PR. The way it has come about with the Hugo blurb about taking LC back and RC's crap about the Russians getting to mine LC is not how I thought it would happen, but if this is the shake out before the positive material news I'm good with that.
