Thanks, RedRock..that's the first reply re: Ministry of Commerce. Looks like we should indeed be watching for such an announcement regarding KRY. It does appear that the MOC has to sign off before CCRC can commit finally to the JV. And of course there is always the "Permit to Impact Environmental Resources" which is required.
