I now have afternoon drama that exceeds what my wife gets from watching her soap operas. I watch this board. Hers is funnier, mine more thought provoking.

Of course, her drama is one hell of a lot cheaper than mine...............so far.

And I am still wondering about the Environmental Permit from VZ

and the approvl of the National Development and Reform Committee

and the Record of Approval from the Chinese Ministry of Commerce.

Anybody have any useful input regarding these things?

Do they all apply?
