Odd...no mention of the pending Chinese JV in any of these Crystallex articles. That fact, combined with the recent spate of public high level references to Las Cristinas makes one wonder:

1. Why?

2. Who would benefit from this publicity and corresponding omission of facts?

The timing is certainly auspicious given the stated 4th quarter deadline for consummation of the JV
