Fair enough, and for what it's worth, I think you will get your $1.00 / share eventually for the reasons you stated.

For myself, I see the arbitration value as a limit to the downside risk, but with significant opportunity cost should the deal go south.

I invested for the deal and it's possible upside gain, a gain I think is much higher than the arbitration value of KRY.

So I hope that you are wrong and I'm right, and it's not an ego thing...I just want both of us to be rich!
