Whatever the legal obligation to consult with China on press releases, consider the business issues involved in going to the Chinese who are working with us to get this done and saying, "we (KRY) need to update our whiny retail shareholders who have grown impatient."
I'm thinking that (1) China doesn't care about our impatience since they just arrived on the scene and haven't gotten jerked around for years, and (2) China doesn't want to be hassled by the pitchfork and torch bearing rabble from Agoracom -- think Tienanmen Square. :)
I expect an update when there is material news that requires a release.
