i'm seriously wondering if hugo is helping the chinese try to drive the PPS down (especially the 20 day average) ... there's no way in hell he'd tie up crrc (not to mention make them spend millions in legal fees and time) with a BS deal and then blindside them in an international arena...not with the 10's of billions he has at stake right now with them..
