I have to disagree with your comparison to Apple...this isn't a bad quarter.

KRY has one asset, the MOC. If this deal goes south, the only long term you might consider for KRY is arbitration.

Now Cividale could be seeing the arbitration as long term value, I don't know.

That's why I was asking...
