My comment on this would be technical in nature. As it relates to Crystallex, everyone knows that he cannot nationalize something that an arm of the Venezuelan Government already owns. I would think that the media would understand this and be clear in their articles.

No one can question that Chavez speaks poorly of select transnationals and generically in general.

As far as being careful, a little late for me. The risk has always been what Chavez does not says he will do. I think most people in this stock understand.
